According to the method and the device, any human being (2) subjected to the effect of product (1), holds a glass with water (3), which subsequently is fed to a device measuring the surface tension and fluctuation of the micro-currents at different points on the water surface (4), and to a device measuring the energy of the bondage of the water molecules and the energy spectrum of the water (5). The data produced by both devices, together with the data, measuring the biophysical parameters of the human being (6) are sent to the results-integrating computer (7), connected to a data base (8) containing previous human (2) measurements.
