METHOD FOR RESTORING BIOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS OF SENESCENT CELLS BY INSERTING DOUBLE STRANDED siRNA(SMALL INTERFERING RNA) INTO CELLS

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for restoring biological functions of senescent cells by inserting double stranded siRNAs(small interfering RNA) into cells. Therefore, the expression of caveolin protein is inhibited. Also, provided is a composition for restoring biological functions of senescent cells. CONSTITUTION: The method for inhibiting the expression of caveolin protein is characterized by inserting double stranded siRNA into a cell, wherein the siRNA has a complementary sequence to the mRNA of the caveolin and binds to the mRNA of the caveolin containing a nucleotide sequence of SEQ IN NO:1 or SEQ IN NO:2 to inhibit the expression of caveolin protein.
