PURPOSE: A vehicle utilizing water as fuel is provided to save energy and to reduce environmental pollution, by installing a ceramic thermal conductor to an inner wall of a combustion chamber of a cylinder and supplying water to the combustion chamber of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle utilizing water as fuel comprises a ceramic thermal conductor(10) installed to an inner wall of a combustion chamber of a cylinder(1); a main heater connected to the ceramic thermal conductor to heat the ceramic thermal conductor; a water injection nozzle(30) installed to a cylinder head(2) to inject water; and a water injection pump connected to the water injection nozzle to supply water. The water injection pump includes a preheater heating water to a state capable of easily evaporating.
