The holder comprises a holder plate (2) and a hollow shaft (3). The shaft is closed by a plastics element, consisting of a plug (6), fitted into the shaft and fastened by clamping. The plug has an axial central passage aperture, and is at least partly spherical. It is connected to the holder plate via an extruded thread (8). A screw is set into the expanding section of the holder using a setting tool with a shaft, which has a stop collar at a distance to its end face. The underside of the collar is profiled.
