PURPOSE: To provide a device for securing safety of workers and continuously performing hot metal production operation of blast furnace by promptly and easily exchanging a damaged thermometer with a new thermometer even during blast furnace operation after preventing gas of high temperature and high pressure from being ejected. CONSTITUTION: The device for attaching and detaching thermometer exchangeable during blast furnace operation comprises a fixed pipe member(10) comprising an outer pipe(10b) formed in such a way that the outer pipe is penetrated into metal case of blast furnace, and an inner pipe(10a) which is integrally formed in an inner space of the outer pipe, and on an outer surface part of which a bolt processed portion(10d) is formed; a thermometer mounting member comprising a drilling pipe(12) for inserted into the inner pipe to drill refractory bricks(3) of the blast furnace, an inner sealing cap(11) integrally connected to the drilling pipe and screw connected to an outer part of the inner pipe, and a thermometer(9) inserted into the drilling pipe and fixed to the inner sealing cap; and a thermometer attaching-and-detaching member comprising a sealing pipe(13) screw connected to a nut processed portion(10c) of the outer pipe, an operation pipe(17) contained in an inner space of the sealing pipe to fix the inner sealing cap, a screw shaft(15) screw connected to an outer sealing cap(18) axially connected to the operation pipe and fixed to the sealing pipe, and an opening-and-closing gate(14) installed at a front portion of the sealing pipe to open and close the sealing pipe.
