METHOD FOR EXPLOSIVE WELDING BETWEEN TUBE AND TUBE SHEET IN HEAT EXCHANGER HAVING SMALL-CALIBER TUBE HOLE BY USING HORIZONTAL COUPLING AND DETONATION CORD

PURPOSE: A method for the explosive welding between a tube and a tube sheet in a heat exchanger having a small-caliber tube hole is provided to safely and promptly weld a tube with a tube sheet in a heat exchanger having a small-caliber tube hole and to improve the weldability, welding strength and welding quality at welding portions. CONSTITUTION: Gunpowder(6-a) is charged in the central hole of a horizontal coupling(11-a). The gunpowder assemblies are attached to the surface of the front part of a tube sheet(2) using an adhesive tape. The gunpowder assemblies are mounted in the uppermost tube hole. The horizontal couplings containing gunpowder are mounted at a specific interval. The gunpowder assemblies are horizontally connected by using a detonating fuse(12). The end of the detonating fuse is connected to a detonator.
