PURPOSE: A screw device of a mobile terminal is provided to enhance assembly productivity in reassembling and prevent a loss of a screw by preventing the screw from being released from a case when it is disassembled. CONSTITUTION: A screw(116) is inserted through a screw hole formed on a lower case of a terminal body and then engaged with a nut(115) which has been insert-molded in a boss formed at an inner side of an upper case through a through hole of a board. A release preventing step(121) is formed at an entrance of the screw hole. A stopping protrusion(122) is formed at an outer circumferential surface of a body part of the screw(116) so as to be caught by the release preventing step(121).
