SEPARATION WALL MOVEMENT MOLD, METHOD FOR FORMING SEPARATION WALL, AND PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL FORMED THROUGH METHOD FOR FORMING SEPARATION WALL PREVENTING OUTFLOW OF GLASS PASTE

PURPOSE: A separation wall movement mold, a method for forming the separation wall, and a plasma display panel formed through the method for forming the separation wall are provided to improve reliability by preventing an outflow of a glass paste through the separation wall movement mold. CONSTITUTION: Glass pastes(3) are formed on a substrate(1) on which electrodes(2) are formed. A sufficient amount of the glass pastes is applied to predetermined regions of the substrate using a separation wall paste applying unit. A separation wall movement mold(10') is located on a predetermined portion of the substrate where the glass pastes are applied on. The separation wall movement mold is pressed by the substrate so that the glass pastes are sufficiently outflown to a concave portion. An excess of the glass pastes is flown into an outflow prevention concave portion. And then, the separation wall movement mold is removed from the substrate such that separation walls are formed of the glass paste. An excess receipt unit is formed of the excess of the glass pastes. The separation walls and the excess receipt unit are sintered.
