PURPOSE: A wild edible plant food obtained by drying Erigeron annuus L. in the sun, parboiling in hot water and seasoning is provided. It has efficacy of Erigeron annuus L and the characteristic taste and flavor. CONSTITUTION: Erigeron annuus L. is dried in the sun until the moisture is fully removed, parboiled in hot water and seasoned with spices. Therefore, the wild edible plant food has pharmacological efficacy of Erigeron annuus L. |
