COMMUNICATION SYSTEM IN A WIRELESS INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK ENVIRONMENT AND A COMMUNICATION METHOD THEREOF, PARTICULARLY REGARDING TO CONTINUOUSLY EXECUTING COMMUNICATION THROUGH A NEW ACCESS POINT IN CASE THAT THE CURRENTLY CONNECTED ACCESS POINT CANNOT FUNCTION AS A MEDITATOR

PURPOSE: A communication system in a wireless infrastructure network environment and a communication method thereof are provided to continuously execute communication of wireless devices through a new access point by connecting the wireless devices with an adjacent access point transmitting an access point change command in case that the currently connected access point cannot function as a meditator, thereby improving communication efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An AP(Access Point)1 judges whether a beacon frame to confirm the existence of an adjacent AP is received(S400). If so, the AP1 judges whether a signal level of the currently received beacon frame is higher than a threshold(S410). If so, the AP1 judges that the adjacent AP exists(S420). The AP1 judges whether an AP2 is an adjacent AP which is preliminarily registered(S430). If not, the AP1 registers registration information for the AP2 in an adjacent AP registration list(S440). The AP1 periodically communicates with the AP2(S450). If the AP2 is impossible to communicate with, the AP1 transmits an access point change command to external wireless devices linked with the AP2. The AP1 forms a new communication channel with the external wireless devices according to communication association request signals received from the external wireless devices.
