PURPOSE: Provided is a adherent sheet used for vehicle marking or various signs to maximize the effect of signs by compensating defects of color and aspect expressed by polyvinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION: The adherent sheet comprises a cover layer(10) comprised of polyvinyl chloride, a binder layer(20) below the cover layer, metal deposition layer(30), adhesive layer(40) and releasing paper layer(50) below the binder layer. The binder layer comprises polyester-based resin having the thickness of from 0.5 to 3 micrometers and thermally cured with isocyante-based curatives. The metal deposition layer comprises one selected gold, silver, nickel, chrome, aluminium. The polyvinyl chloride layer is from 25 to 100 micrometers in thickness.
