PURPOSE: A casino chip for preventing theft by embedding an electromagnetic label and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to restrict damage of the electromagnetic label, and to prevent theft of the casino chip by mounting two semicircular electromagnetic labels to two circular plates. CONSTITUTION: An antitheft casino chip is composed of two circular plates(11,12), a circular ring(10) supporting two circular plates, and two semicircular electromagnetic labels(30) mounted to two circular plates. The durability of the antitheft casino chip is improved by increasing the amount of the synthetic resin cover of the convex circular plate. Two circular plates are manufactured, and the circular ring is manufactured. Two symmetrical semicircular electromagnetic labels are mounted inside two circular plates. Two circular plates are overlapped, and the circular ring is fitted. The circular plates with the semicircular electromagnetic labels are inserted to the injection mold, and the outer ring is formed around the circular ring by injection-molding synthetic resin.
