PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for producing a wire having prescribed true straightness without change of the wire, producing a wire having true straightness by a batch process, constantly maintaining tension applied to a wire at all time and easily controlling a coiling amount of a wire coiled. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing wire having true straightness comprises a raw material supply part(100) comprising a first coiling wheel on which a wire drawing process completed wire(150) is coiled, and which is rotatably installed on a frame through a rotary shaft projected to one side of the frame; a raw material drawing part(200) comprising a dies body having a dies for processing the wire supplied to diameter suitable for purposes, a lead-in hole formed on one side of the dies body, and a space formed in the dies body so that a lubricating material is continuously supplied into the space; a raw material heat treatment part(300) comprising an upper cover and a lower cover in which a heat insulating material is filled, and a heating coil is installed to heat treat the wire in the state that the wire is stretched to a certain value, and a transfer pipe which is installed between the upper and a lower covers, and through which the wire passes; and a wire coiling part(400) comprising a tension control means(410) for coiling the heat treatment completed wire under a certain tension, and a coiling means for coiling the wire discharged from one side of the tension control means while preventing the wire from being overloaded.
