PURPOSE: A display driving control apparatus and its driving method, and an electronic apparatus and a semiconductor integrated circuit are provided to enable to change power supply start sequence easily and to reduce system load. CONSTITUTION: A power supply circuit(PWU) generates a plurality of voltages to display an image on a display device having a plurality of pixels. A power supply sequence(PSC) operates on the basis of a plurality of first registers registered with a plurality of setting values controlling the power supply circuit. The power supply sequence outputs a time control signal to control the plurality of voltages on the basis of the determined time by controlling the power supply circuit on the basis of the setting value registered in each register including the plurality of first registers.
