PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of enamel steel sheet for high processing without crack faults which doesn't generate crack faults in burning after decoration coating of the enamel steel sheet so that it enables to mold various kinds of kitchen utensils. CONSTITUTION: The production process of enamel steel sheet for high processing without the crack faults comprises the steps of: (i) reheating a steel slab wherein less than 0.005wt% of C, 0.01-0.03wt% of S, more than 0.03wt% of Al, less than 0.02wt% of Cu, 0.005-0.012wt% of N, 0.005-0.2wt% of Nb, 0.08-0.15wt% of Ti, 0.0007-0.003wt% of B, less than 0.005wt% of O, residual Fe and other impurities are mixed with meeting Nb+10B+8C+3N>=0.047 at 1200 deg.C; and (ii) hot final rolling at more than 900deg.C, winding at more than 650deg.C, pickling, cold rolled cooling and continuously annealing at less than 850deg.C at recrystallization temperature.
