PURPOSE: Provided are a grout material which has lower viscosity, thereby showing good fluidity and adhesiveness without any bleeding, and an injecting method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The grout material is injected and filled into a crevice in the ground or into a hollow present on an interface between the ground and a building, and is produced by mixing cements, acidic aluminum salt and electrolytic ion-containing water. Such grout material is injected by the method comprising preparing as A liquid, a mixing solution of cements and electrolytic ion-containing water; preparing as B liquid, acidic aluminum salt solution; and joining and mixing the A liquid and the B liquid at an inlet end for injection, followed by mixing and injecting.
