PURPOSE: To provide a method for treating waste leachate, which is able to completely treat the waste leachate with simple facilities at low cost using waste sludge geneated from waste incineration. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) dissolving 10 grams of carboxymethyl cellulose in 1,000 grams of waste leachate to prepare highly viscous liquid crystal; (b) mixing 100 grams of sludge powder generated from incineration furnace of waste with the leachate liquid crystal obtained from the step (a) to prepare a semi-solid material; (c) after mixing 50 grams of charcoal powder with the semi-solid material to prepare a leachate solid, putting it in a polyethylene vinyl bag; and (d) incinerating the leachate solid contained in the vinyl bag to completely incinerate the leachate.
