PURPOSE: A gate driving circuit and a display device having the same are provided to improve yield and display characteristics of the display device. CONSTITUTION: The gate driving circuit(GDC) is integrated in a display panel comprising a number of gate lines(GL1,GL2,...,GLn), and outputs a driving signal to the gate lines. A driving unit(GP) comprises a plurality of driving stages outputting the driving signal to the gate lines. And a repair unit(PR) comprises a plurality of subsidiary stages corresponding to the plurality of driving stages one by one and outputting the driving signal to the gate line during an operation error of the corresponding driving stage.
