摘要 PURPOSE: A float-type belt conveyor system is provided to prevent a belt from wearing in a connection portion, to expand the life span of the belt, and to reduce vibration and noise by making a lower inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical pipe in the upper side of a belt traveling direction higher than a lower inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical pipe in the lower side. CONSTITUTION: A float-type belt conveyor system(1) is composed of a cylindrical belt support trough(20) arranging a plurality of gas eject holes in a belt traveling direction and a loop-shaped belt(10) traveling in the belt support trough. The belt travels afloat in the belt support trough by jetting gas between an inside of the belt support trough and the lower side of the belt from the gas eject hole. The belt support trough is formed by connecting axially plural cylindrical pipes(21,31). The lower inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical pipe formed on the upper side of the belt traveling direction is higher than the lower inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical pipe formed at the lower side in a connection portion(40) of the cylindrical pipes.
