PURPOSE: To provide a method for treating flying ash that is generated by incinerating waste, which is economical and environment-philic by neutralizing the flying ash using waste acid and waste alkali. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) spraying sludge-state or powdery-state calcium hydroxide into a semi-dry or dry reactor of waste incineration facility to collect flying ash reacted with waste gas; and (b) adding waste acid generated from industry to the flying ash with adding small amount of calcium hydroxide dust, which is collected by a bag filter after passing through the reactor, to the waste acid to neutralize the waste acid.
