The dolly has external mounting bars (6, 7) presenting, at proximity of their connection to an axle (1) with wheels (2, 3), a part (8) inclined with respect to a vertical part. Internal mounting bars (4, 5) present respective hooks (11, 12) at each end of U-shaped branches situated near the fixation of the bars (4, 5) to the axle. The hooks are slightly inclined at side opposite to inclination of the external mounting bars. An independent claim is also included for a hand carriage with an axle comprising a carriage frame.
