PURPOSE: An external prestressed reinforcing device of a bridge beam is provided to return the bridge beam to an original prestressed state without applying excessive force on the beam when the beam is deflected downward or deformed. CONSTITUTION: An external prestressed reinforcing device of a bridge beam(1) is composed of wires(10) arranged at both longitudinal sides of plural bridge beams; a wire fixing bracket(20) installed at each bridge beam to settle both ends of the wire and to keep a prestressed state of the beam; a hydraulic jack fixing bracket(30) mounted in each center of the beams and formed with vertical elongated holes(31) moving perpendicularly; a retaining hole(34) formed at the lower part of the hydraulic jack fixing bracket to pass the wires; a hydraulic jack(40) disposed between a bottom side(1a) of the beam and the hydraulic jack fixing bracket to move vertically the hydraulic jack fixing bracket; a hydraulic pump(50) for supplying hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic jack; and a hydraulic distributor(60) interposed between the hydraulic jack and the hydraulic pump to distribute the hydraulic pressure to each hydraulic jack. |
