PURPOSE: A bio room difference air pressure control system and its control method are provided to improve reliability of an experiment through stable pressure control of a bio room. CONSTITUTION: According to the bio room difference air pressure control system(10) controlling air pressure in a bio room(12), an air supply unit(20) supplies air to the bio room. An adjustment unit(30) adjusts air flow and air pressure supplied through the air supply unit. A sensor unit(40) measures pressure of the air flowed into the bio room through the air supply unit and the control unit. A control unit(50) outputs a control signal to the air supply unit and the adjustment unit by comparing data measured from the sensor unit with user-set data. An output unit(60) displays control state of the air supply unit and the control unit and the sensor unit or outputs an alarm by receiving an output signal of the control unit.
