PURPOSE: An apparatus for culturing mushrooms containing a positioning stand for placing plurality of bottle boxes which are transferred by a chain and a working table for conveniently performing work such as placement of rice straw, collection of mushrooms and removal of rice straw is provided. It permits production of mushrooms while stacking and transferring bottle boxes within a defined space and shortens the working time. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for culturing a mushroom comprises: a positioning stand(1) for placing plurality of bottle boxes(11) which are transferred by a chain(2); a working path(10b) placed between a transfer part(10,10'); a support frame(3) vertically installed to support the positioning stand and chain; a guide chain wheel for guiding stable transfer of the chain; an air circulating fan(5) for inducing air circulation while rotating with the guide chain wheel; a vertical guide rail for inducing stable lifting of the chain; and a working table(8) for conveniently performing work such as placement of rice straw, collection of mushrooms, removal of rice straw and harvesting. |
