Disclosed are cyclopentanoindole compounds of formula I, wherein: R4 and R5 are independently H, F, CN, alkyl, ORa, or S(O)nalkyl, or R4 and R5 on the same carbon represent oxo, or R4 and R5 taken together form an optionally substituted 3- or 4-membered ring optionally containing a heteroatom, Ar is optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl, X is C=O, SO2 or optionally substituted alkylene, Q is optionally substituted alkyl, or Q and R6 together form an optionally substituted 3- or 4-membered ring optionally containing a heteroatom selected from N, S and O, and the remaining substituents are defined herein. The compounds are used in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of prostaglandin mediated diseases.
