The assembly has a connection part (2) with tubular sleeves (4, 5) for receiving end parts of a tubular unit using a screw. The screw is movable between a tightened active state and a non-tightened inactive state, and is mounted in a maintaining unit (6). The screw acts on a thermoplastic coating of the end parts of the tubular unit by transversal tightening to maintain the tubular unit on the connection part. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a construction system having a connection assembly (b) a tubular structure for supporting loads.
