PURPOSE: An apparatus for counting micro particles is provided to quickly and exactly measure the number of particles by using a micro counting part. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for counting micro particles includes a sample chip(20), a light source(10), an image photographing unit, a micro particle counting part(60), and a chip movement part(27). The sample chip(20) nests samples having a predetermined volume including micro particles on a reading part. The light source(10) irradiates light on a predetermined area of the sample chip(20). The image photographing unit photographs the sample on the predetermined area. The micro particle counting part counts particles in a predetermined area of the sample chip(20) based on the image photographed by means of the image photographing unit. The sample chip(10) is moved in such a manner that an area next to the predetermined area photographed by the image photographing unit comes to an irradiation area.
