METHOD FOR SYNCHRONIZING STANDARD TIME OF PLUVIOMETER, AND SYSTEM FOR MEASURING RAINFALLS COMPRISING TIME SERVER, PLUVIOMETER AND MANAGEMENT SERVER

PURPOSE: A method for synchronizing a standard time of a pluviometer and a system for measuring rainfalls are provided to perform measurement of rainfalls and management of data on the basis of an accurate real time. CONSTITUTION: The method for synchronizing a standard time of a pluviometer comprises the 1st step of connecting a management server with a time server to set its time into the standard time; and the 2nd step of connecting the management server with the pluviometer to correct a real time of the pluviometer into the standard time. The system for measuring rainfalls comprises a time server(10) for providing a standard time; a pluviometer(20) for measuring the amount of rainfalls for a predetermined time; and a management server(40) connected to the time server(10) and the pluviometer(20) via communications nets(30a,30b), wherein the management server(40) includes a synchronizing unit for connecting with a time server to set its time into a standard time and transferring the time data to the pluviometer to correct a real time.
