PURPOSE: A parallel operating circuit for switching elements is provided to monitor/sense each of plural switching elements during a parallel operation by using a heat emitting characteristic of the switching elements. CONSTITUTION: A parallel operating circuit for switching elements includes the first switching element(Q1), the second switching element(Q2), the first sensor(Rs1), and the second sensor(Rs2). The first switching element operates according to a control signal applied from a power source and supplies power to a load. The second switching element is connected to the power source in parallel with the first switching element and operates according to a control signal to supply power to a load. The first sensor is coupled with the first switching element and monitors/senses the power supplied from the power source to the load. The second sensor is coupled with the second switching element and monitors/senses the power supplied from the power source to the load.
