<p>The invention relates to a set of shank-type mills, provided with removable, dismountable, resharpened cutters, said mills being used for processing the reconstituted wood, veneered chip board, melamine coated chip board, fibre board, with the help of the milling machines with upper axle or with numerical command. The mill consists of a central body (1) continuin with a tail (2) which is mounted in the tool holder head of the machine-tool, the central body having square shaped removable plates (3), made up of metallic carbides, disposed thereon in stagered planes, the central body (1) having practiced on its external surface, diametrally opposed, some special cutting-outs (a) centrally provided with central threaded recesses (b), which receive a special screw (4) for mounting the plates (3), the cutting-out being continued with a channel (c), both the cutting-out (a) and the channel (b) receiving and supporting the plate (3) successively resharpened (3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4), and on the opposite diameter, on the diameter of cutting-out (a) of the body (1), there are practiced some levels (d) opposite to one another.</p> |
