<p>The invention relates to an installation and process for making some vessels, and it is especially meant for obtaining the dome and bottom shoulder of some steel and aluminium pipe vessels, used for obtaining gos cylinders or for other uses. According to the invention, the installation is made up of a driving hydraulic group (A) which, through some pipes (4), is tied to a rotative hydraulic subassembly (C), wherefrom, through some internal pipes (5), there is tied to some double linear hydraulic engines (6), secured on a rotative shaft (9) driven by an electric engine (10), the rotating moves of the rotative shaft (9) being guided by two bearings (12 and 13) mounted on a case (14), on which there are also some rings (15 and 16) which remove the possible motion of the rotative shaft (9), provided with a chamber (a) in which there glides an assembly of sliding tongs type (E), in which there is mounted a piece (p) to be machined, said rotative shaft (9) disposed in an assemvly of spindle box-type (D), blocked in a support (24) and to a bed (27), on which there is positioned a table (28) with a tool holder (29) and in which there is blocked a spindle box (30), which drives the table (28) in a feed motion. According to the invention, the process for making some vessels, consists in adjusting the installation for a certain shape of the piece to be machined and blocking this piece (p) in a chamber of the assembly of tongs type (E), driving the same in rotation motion and heating, with a burner flame, ensured during the piece processing, after which there take place successive phases of processing the piece (p) by the motions of tool holder (29).</p> |
