Substituted 3,4-dihydropyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines of formula (I), method for the production thereof, substance libraries containing said compounds and medicaments and pharmaceutical preparations containing these compounds are disclosed. These substituted 3,4-dihydropyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines are suitable for use in the production of medicaments for treating pain, urinary incontinence, puritus, tinnitus aurium and/or diarrhoea.
