PURPOSE: A device for heating and bonding a septic tank for sewage disposal is provided to bond the septic tank integrally and firmly by holding the divided members of the septic tank with clamps and by fixing and supporting the members with the contact bar of the second fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A septic tank heating and bonding device is composed of a first fixing unit having a moving plate(11) transferring back and forth to a supply part by a cylinder, a fixing frame installed to the end of the moving plate and a first clamp(13) mounted to the fixing frame, a second fixing unit having a fixing frame fastened to a discharge part, a second clamp(22) mounted to the upper part and both sides of the fixing frame and a contact bar(24) rotated and installed to the lower left and right sides of the fixing frame, and a heating plate(30) moving between the first fixing unit and the second fixing unit.
