PURPOSE: A top watch toy is provided to enable a watch body to be used as an operating body of a top by installing the top on the upper surface of the watch body to make the toy top rotate, thereby inducing a child's interest in possessing the watch and enhancing satisfactory amusement and pleasure. CONSTITUTION: The top watch toy comprises: a watch body; a time display window(10); a toy top(20) having a rotation axis(21); a top operating body(30) installed in the watch body and having a center hole(31); and an operating lever(40) engaged with the rotation axis(21) of the top(20) to allow the toy top(20) to rotate.
