PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inert gas paper composite packaging bag in which a plastic inner bag can be easily taken out from a paper outer bag and an inner gas does not leak easily when it is filled together with the inert gas and which can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: The inert gas paper composite packaging bag comprises, at least, the plastic inner bag 1 and the paper outer bag 2, in which in a packaging state that the contents are filled and a filling opening 7 is sealed, the plastic inner bag 1 containing the contents can be taken out from the paper outer bag 2, wherein the inner bag 1 made of a plastic film comprises a multi-layer film having 3 to 5 layers, and the outermost layer of which is a nylon layer.
