摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a weight increase accompanying the solidification of a powdery/granular body, and in addition, to increase the absorbed energy amount of a skeletal structure member by improving the skeletal structure member for a transportation machine wherein the powdery/granular body is filled in a skeletal member as the skeletal structure member. SOLUTION: For this skeletal structure member 12, in the skeletal member 11 of the transportation machine and/or a space surrounded by the skeletal member 11 and a panel member around the skeletal member 11, a solidified powdery/granular body 16 for which a plurality of powdery/granular bodies 18 are combined and solidified is arranged. The skeletal structure member for the transportation machine has a constitution such that the powdery/granular bodies 18 are combined by making them partially surface-fuse with each other. When a load is applied to the solidified powdery/granular body, the solidified parts which have been partially surface-fused and solidified of the solidified powdery/granular body are peeled, and become powdery/granular single bodies, and fluidity is imparted to the powdery/granular single body, and strain can be diffused. As a result, the skeletal structure member can be approximately evenly deformed to a larger deformation amount, and a larger load can be supported to a larger displacement amount. Thus, compared with a conventional one, the absorbed energy amount of the skeletal structure member can be increased. Also, since the powdery/granular bodies are combined to each other by surface-fusion, the weight increase accompanying the solidification can be suppressed compared with a case that the powdery/granular bodies are combined with a binder.
