PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a laminated sheet by suppressing the occurrence of a puncture caused by the gas produced at the time of hot pressing, in manufacturing an interior decorative sheet comprising a composite-layered sheet by respectively providing outer layer parts, each of which is molded from a composition wherein a binder is added to mineral fibers and an inorganic powder, by a wet process, on the surface and back of a core material part molded from a composition, wherein a binder is added to inorganic foam and the inorganic powder, by a dry process. SOLUTION: A B-type silica gel is mixed with the material of at least either one of the core material part or the outer layer part, and the gas produced at the time of hot pressing is smoothly absorbed by the B-type silica gel to suppress the occurrence of a puncture. The composite-layered sheet is manufactured with enhanced manufacturing efficiency by high temperature short-time hot pressing. The composite-layered sheet is used to manufacture the decorative sheet 1 enhanced in bending strength by high pressure pressing and made excellent in moisture absorbing and discharging properties or chemical substance adsorbing properties by the B-type silica gel.
