摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the attitude of a workpiece by the feed operation of a spindle in an NC machining device. SOLUTION: An NC spindle unit 9 and a workpiece positioning unit 10 are installed on a base. A roughly shaped material W is fixed to a movable jig 15. An attitude changing tool 23 is mounted to the spindle 11. With the feed operation of the spindle 11, the attitude changing tool 23 is engaged with a locking part 22, and a positioning pin 19 is operated to rotate the movable jig 15 around a horizontal axis C to perform positioning. A pallet 12 is rotated around a vertical axis B by a drive mechanism comprising a servo motor or the like, to carry out positioning. The attitude of the shaped material W is thus changed according to a machining part, and a suitable tool is mounted to the spindle 11 to perform sequential machining, thus obtaining a product. A drive mechanism for rotating the movable jig 15 around the horizontal axis C is dispensed with.
