PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent access to the inside through a clearance formed by an auxiliary cover in the circumference of an auxiliary opening. SOLUTION: A slot machine comprises the body case 11 having an opened front side, a slot game device disposed in the body case, and the front door 2 openably/closably covering the front side opening of the body case and connected to the body case with hinges. The front face of the front door 2, in an approximately central part in the vertical direction, is provided with an operation part 23, which has an operation button, an operation lever and the like, projecting to the front face side; an attachment opening 245 for attaching a game auxiliary device is formed in the upper surface panel 240 of the operation part; and when the game auxiliary device 260 is not attached to the attachment opening, the auxiliary cover 250 is attached to the attachment opening and a cover panel 230 covering the upper face including the attachment opening of the operation part is attached.
