摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a magnetic resonance imaging device requiring no exclusive ferromagnetic field magnet at the time of extraction and preservation of a rare gas in a super-polarized state, and a super-polarized rare gas feed system. SOLUTION: Since this inexpensive super-polarized rare gas feed system is constituted by arranging a preservation means 4 in the static magnetic field BO formed by the main magnetic field coil part of the magnetic resonance imaging device, it is unnecessary to prepare the exclusive ferromagnetic field magnet used in the preservation means 4. Further, this system is constituted so that xenon held to a super-polarized state in the mixed gas contained in a mixed gas pipe 40 is cooled in the super-polarized state by liquid nitrogen in a nitrogen pipe 210 and extracted as a solid by a sublimation phenomenon. Extracted xenon ice is preserved in the super-polarized state over a long period of time in the static magnetic field B0 and xenon in the super-polarized state is heated by a heating pipe 220 at the time of imaging of a subject to be sucked in a gaseous state by the subject.
