PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a movable chair used in a protective institution has moving castors attached to the lower ends of the front and rear legs thereof but makes the chair move when a disabled person holds on the chair at the time of walking and causes a danger of violent fall. SOLUTION: A lift panel part 3, which is constituted of a planar square panel 3A and the castors 3B arranged to four corners of the under surface of the panel, is arranged inside the left and right front legs 2B and 2C, and left and right rear legs 2D and 2E of a chair main body part 2 in a liftable state.
