PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow impregnated cleansing liquid or liquid enamel remover to easily ooze to the surface of a make-up puff. SOLUTION: This make-up puff comprises an inner cotton 1 and surface materials 2 disposed in the front/rear faces of the inner cotton 1. The inner cotton 1 is composed of a relatively rigid and bulky non-woven fabric. The surface material is composed of a relatively soft and thin non-woven fabric. The inner cotton 1 is the non-woven fabric composed of hydrophobic main fibers and hydrophobic binder fibers connecting between the hydrophobic main fibers to one another. The surface material 2 is the non-woven fabric formed by entangling absorbent fibers with hydrophobic extrafine fibers with fineness of 1.2 decitex or less. Preferably, the surface material 2 is formed with a recessed/projecting pattern. The cleansing liquid retained between the hydrophobic fibers more easily moves to an adjoining absorbent fibers than a case of existing between the hydrophobic fibers. Therefore, the cleansing liquid impregnated in the inner cotton 1 moves to the surface materials 2 including the absorbent fibers so as to easily ooze to the surface. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
