PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise removal method for a mobile terminal device that enables TDMA noise in the mobile terminal device used in a GSM system to be removed. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device for transmitting and receiving data and signals to and from a wireless system comprises a stage for confirming whether the current time slot is idle, when a time burst occurs on a battery power line of the mobile terminal device; a stage for applying an appropriate noise level to generate an offset voltage, if the current time slot is confirmed as being idle, as a result of the stage for confirming whether the current slot is idle; and a stage for reducing overall drop in battery voltage.
