PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage phosphor sheet having a storage phosphor layer with good stimulable luminescence characteristics. SOLUTION: The problem is solved by providing the storage phosphor layer which is mainly composed of cesium halide based storage phosphor by a vacuum film formation method, and by setting the secondary ion intensity ratio of carbide/cesium measured by a secondary ion mass analyzing method in specific conditions to be 0.1 or less.
