PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovering equipment capable of improving the exhaust heat recovering efficiency. SOLUTION: In a steam blast type cycle circuit E, the coolant is passed through a pump 37, a boiler 39, an ejector 21 and a cooler 24, the coolant having passed through the cooler 24 is partially directed to the pump 37, and the remaining coolant is directed to a compressor 11 through an expansion valve 27 and an evaporator 29. In a Rankine circuit, the coolant is successively circulated in the boiler 39, the compressor 11, the cooler 24 and the pump 37.
