PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe vaporizing type combustion apparatus capable of preventing a vaporizing part from being excessively heated. SOLUTION: This combustion apparatus 1 comprises, in the vaporizing part 8, a fuel passing tube (induction heating part) 75 heated by an electromagnetic induction heating. A liquid fuel is heated/vaporized by the fuel passing tube 75. A temperature sensor 100 (induction heating part temperature detection means) is installed in the fuel passing tube 75. When the fuel passing tube 75 is heated to a combustible temperature, in consideration of the response delay of a temperature sensor 100, the output of the electromagnetic induction heating means is lowered before the detection temperature of the temperature sensor 100 reaches the combustible temperature of the fuel passing tube 75 to prevent the temperature of the fuel passing tube 75 from being excessively increased beyond the combustible temperature or higher.
