PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control device, reduced in size as a whole shape by installing a flow sensor and a flow regulating valve mechanism alternately on a block body having a predetermined passage without interfering with each other in a compact manner. SOLUTION: A sensor bracket for fitting the flow sensor and the flow regulating valve mechanism are provided on different surfaces of the block body having a predetermined passage.
