<p>The arrangement comprises three stick-shaped measuring elements (2, 3, 4) guided tolerance free along three orthogonal axes in a frame (1). Each of the elements (2, 3, 4) is provided with a control disk (21, 22, 23) attached with a ball joint (212, 222, 232) to the end pointing towards the reference object (100) designed as a cube and clamped to a work-piece holding unit. The frame (1) is fixed to the operating spindle. Two sensor elements (8, 9, 10) are connected to each of the control disks (21, 22, 23) guided on air cushions.</p> |
