PURPOSE: A color adjustment method and a mobile terminal using the same are provided to selectively adjust color conversion coefficients using contrast, brightness, and saturation for visual objects so that respectively different images for visual objects can be displayed. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal is comprised of a plurality of conversion modules(11-13) and a display module(14). The conversion modules(11-13) selectively convert image signals for visual objects using color conversion coefficients which can be adjusted individually. The display module(14) displays the selectively converted image signals on the screen. Each conversion module(11-13) adjusts a color conversion coefficient on the basis of a contrast value, a brightness value, and a saturation value, selectively inputted by a user, and converts saturation(Y) and color(Cb,Cr) signals for each inputted visual object into an image signal using the adjusted color conversion coefficient.
