摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for correcting upward bent top end of strip on run-out table to improve direct transfer ratio and operation productivity of cold rolling supply material by preventing strip overlapping due to bending of the top end of the strip and preventing coiling mis-operation due to entry obstruction of the strip into a down coiler, thereby skipping rewinding operation. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for correcting upward bent top end of strip on a run-out table comprises a shape detection part(100) installed in rear of a finishing mill(13) to detect a shape of top end of traveling strip(12) passing through the run-out table(15) after coming out of the finishing mill; a shape correction unit part(200) installed in front of upper and lower pinch rolls(17,18) of a down coiler to immediately correct upward bending of the top end(12a) of the strip by receiving the shape information on the top end of the strip detected in the shape detection part in realtime; and a cooling unit part(300) for cooling a plurality of rotary blades(205) and other accessories of the shape correction unit part.
